What’s different
Written for each shopper. Cart reminders, welcome emails and win-backs are written from the products that shopper viewed, left in their cart or bought.
Texts that answer back. It can answer shoppers’ texts about prices and stock, not only send them.
All four in every plan. Emails, texts, sign-up pop-ups and session replays, the Free plan included.
The store stays in charge. Nothing sends automatically until the store turns sending on. Owners can edit the email designs and wording, and pause automatic sending at any time.
Works with our free apps on Wix. Spin Wheel’s sign-ups come into myuser.ai as customers, and when myuser.ai joins a site that already runs Session Recordings, that app’s last 30 days of replays, plus starred ones, are copied in.
Spin Wheel
- What it is
- A free app for Shopify and Wix stores that adds spin-to-win, scratch-card and gift-box pop-ups. AI designs each pop-up from the store’s brand, the prizes it hands out are the store’s own discount codes, and sign-ups are saved with the consent each shopper gave (on Wix, to the site’s Wix contacts).
- Price
- Free forever on Shopify and Wix, with no paid version.
- Limits
- No caps on wheels, pop-ups or sign-ups. A shopper sees at most one pop-up per page view.
- Needs
- On Shopify, the app’s “Pop-ups” embed switched on in the store’s theme editor. On Wix, a published Wix site with Wix Stores.

Session Recordings
- What it is
- A free app that records visits to Shopify stores and Wix sites so their owners can replay them, and turns those visits into click and scroll heatmaps. On Wix, it is separate from the session recordings feature in Wix Analytics.
- Price
- Free forever on Shopify and Wix, with no paid version.
- Limits
- 2,000 recordings a month, each kept 30 days. When a month’s 2,000 are used, recording pauses until the 1st of the next month.
- Privacy
- On Wix, typing is masked in the visitor’s browser, and recording follows the site’s cookie banner. On Shopify, the app masks what a visitor types into form fields in their browser (a search they submit still shows), never names a visitor and never records checkout or customer account pages.
- Needs
- On Shopify, an online store open to visitors, with the app’s “Session recorder” embed switched on in its theme editor. On Wix, a published Wix site, free or Premium: it records free sites on a wixsite.com address too.
