Do I have to write every email?
No. myuser.ai writes each shopper’s email using your store details and email designs. You can edit those designs and review scheduled messages in the app.
Does adding the app start sending?
No. Review your setup, then choose what to turn on in the app. You can start with myuser.ai’s email sender. Your own sending domain and text number are optional setup steps.
Can I keep my current email app?
Yes. Choose which app handles each type of message. For example, turn myuser.ai’s cart emails off if your current app already sends them.
What happens when I pause myuser.ai?
Automatic follow-up sends pause. A message you send by hand and a follow-up set on a pop-up have their own controls. Check those too if you want to stop all sends.
