HOW THE SCORE WORKS

Five parts of your email.
One score out of 100.

We check the five parts below. Each gets up to 20 points. All five count the same. If we cannot check a part, we skip it instead of giving it zero. We take the average of the parts we can check, then multiply it by five to give a score out of 100.

01

Clear words

Can the reader quickly tell what you mean and why it matters?

02

Button or link

Is the next step clear? This is often called a “call to action,” or CTA.

03

Fit for the reader

Does this email make sense for the person who gets it and what you want them to do?

04

Trust

Do the facts you shared back up the claims, offers and deadlines in your email?

05

Easy to read

Can people read the email and spot the important parts? We need a screenshot to score how it looks.

What do the scores and labels mean?

For each part: 0–4 means it needs major fixes; 5–9 means it needs work; 10–14 means there is room to improve; 15–17 means it works well with a few changes; and 18–20 means it is very clear. “Brilliant” and “Good choice” mark what works. “Missed chance” marks a useful fix. “Check this” flags a claim you have not backed up or a poor fit for your goal. These labels rate the email, not its sales results.

What happens to my screenshot, HTML and email address?

We send your email and the details you enter to OpenAI, the AI service that writes the review. myuser.ai does not save your email or review or make a public link to it. OpenAI’s own rules for using and keeping data still apply. Save your review before you close this page. Remove names, addresses and other private details before submitting.

We do not open links or load outside images from email code. A screenshot cannot tell us if links work, if mail reaches an inbox, if your sending address is verified, or how it looks on other devices. This tool does not send emails. You can choose to sign up for tips in a separate form. We do not sign up anyone whose address appears inside the email you review.

Can I review an email from another app?

Yes. Paste a marketing email from your email app, paste its HTML code or upload a screenshot. You do not need to connect an account. Text and HTML let us check the words. A screenshot also lets us check the layout we can see.

You get a score, specific tips and a plain-text draft to copy. This is not a spam test: it does not check whether your email will reach an inbox.

Can I forward an email instead?

No. For now, add a screenshot, paste the words, or paste the HTML code behind the email. You can review emails from any app. myuser.ai’s automatic emails and texts are built for Shopify stores.
