Is myuser.ai for my store?
myuser.ai is built for stores that use Shopify Wix. It helps you send emails and texts to shoppers who agreed to hear from you. You can try our free tools and games without connecting a store.
Do I have to write every message?
No. myuser.ai writes messages using the items a shopper viewed, left in their cart or bought. You can edit the email designs and wording it uses. It can also answer texts about prices and what’s in stock. Compare an AI email writer with a tool that sends.
What does it cost?
The Free plan is $0 a month for up to 250 people on your list, with 500 emails and 100 text parts each month. Paid plans start at $49 a month. Long texts can use more than one part. Compare every plan on our pricing page. You review your plan and any charges in Shopify Wix before you agree.
What do I need before I can send?
The app walks you through setup. Connect your store and turn on myuser.ai in your store’s theme. You can use myuser.ai’s email sender. To send from your own domain, finish its setup in the app. Texts need an approved sending number. Only send to people who agreed to get messages from you.
Can I keep my current email app?
Yes, but choose which app sends each type of message. If both apps send a cart reminder, the shopper may get it twice. Email us if you want help switching from another app.
Can I stop the automatic messages?
Yes. Pause automatic sending in the app. You can change your email or text settings, then turn sending back on when you’re ready. See when to pause an email or text for shoppers who just bought or said no.
How can I tell if it helps?
Look at which messages were delivered, which links were clicked and which shoppers bought. Some may have bought without the message. Our guide to email sales reports explains what to count.
